Let God answer you on the day you fall,
And put you out of harm’s way.
Send back-up from the Holy hill,
And dispatch aid without delay.
May God accept your offerings,
And with your sacrifices be pleased.
Give you what your heart desires,
And make all your plans succeed.
Then in your victory, we’ll rejoice,
Praise the Lord, let our hearts sing.
And may He answer your requests,
O Lord, give victory to Your chosen king.
The Lord answers from Heaven on high,
And by God’s power victory comes.
Some trust in their chariots of war,
Others in the beat of their drums.
But our trust is in the Lord our God,
Those who don’t will stumble and fall.
But victory will come when we stand firm,
Give victory O Lord, please answer our call.
