You are the Chosen One, the awesome Prince of Peace.
You sustain me, my Jesus, day by day,
By guiding me, by showing me the way.
I seek You out; I am desperate for Your touch,
Please don’t pass me by; I need Your help so much.
Jesus You are lifted up, Your name is magnified,
Your name is raised on high and You are Glorified.
I have nothing to fear, You are my Tower of Strength,
To raise the banner for Jesus, I will go to any length.
You give me a plan and a purpose, and I know I’m never alone,
The peace I sought so long, the happiness until now unknown.
Your death on the cross redeemed my debt of sin.
Because I believe You died for my sins, I know I am forgiven.
